There is a growing list of home security features. The Homeowners application has moved well beyond deadbolts and fire extinguishers to now include Burglar alarms with Smart Motion Detection, Central Fire Alarms, Smart Water Detection, and Cameras. 
Insurance carriers will often require evidence that a central alarm system is active. For more expensive homes a central alarm system may even be an eligibility requirement. Many of the Security System companies will offer an easy to find certificate for just this purpose. Below are a few of the more common companies with a path to the insurance certificate that you will need to submit.

- Click link for Alarm Monitoring Certificate
- Email pdf to the Agency

- Tap Monitoring.
- Tap Insurance Certificate.
- Tap Send Certificate.
- Contact your insurance provider to check on a policy discount.
